Suggesting memories of sea-borne driftwood washed ashore and dried in the sun, our hand carved Driftwood Candle Tray is a weathered, light color, natural, renewable mango wood tray with a braided raffia tassel, handsome leather dustcover and a tied jute decorative accent. Each candle will vary slightly in appearance. This brawny candle comes in two sizes; twelve and a half inches by three inches tall with two wicks and twenty-one inches by three and a quarter inches tall with four wicks. The Driftwood Tray is hand poured in Georgia, by our experienced candle makers, with forty-four or twenty-four ounces of a clean burning, United States grown, fragranced soy wax blend with a high-quality fragrance compound oil. Our distinctive fragrances are saturated with layers of nuance, complex and intricate, and are designed to evoke a particular time and place, triggered by memories and nostalgia. Beginning with the design conception by our staff, our vessels are individually created by artists all over the world. Every candle is crafted in small batches in our studio, by artisans with meticulous attention to details from mixing of the ingredients, hand pouring the wax, hand wrapping the jute cord and boxing the candles. The Driftwood Tray comes in our signature fragrances of Grapefruit Pine- a citrusy, sharp fragrance but grounded with fir and musk; Ginger Patchouli- a spicy, sweet ginger, and warm, earthy patchouli with a touch of musk; Sunlight in the Forest- a fresh, clean fragrance of apple and yuzu, mixed with a clean musk and vanilla; Tobacco Bark- a heady aromatic blend of dark rum, incense and sweet woody tobacco with just enough vanilla; and Wild Green Fig- fresh leafy greens and black currant with amber and musk. This candle should give approximately fifty or forty hours of burn time. And, as with all our candles, the Driftwood Tray can be reused once the wicks have burned away, and it has been cleaned out, by refilling with our easy Candle Refill Kit, or repurposed as a decorative container for your table, kitchen counter or desk, to be used time and time again.
